In America, at least 50% of Blacks are on parole, in jail or in prison. Most of the rest of them are on welfare. That is a huge burden on the White taxpayers, costing them hundreds of millions of dollars per year. If America were a sane country, the federal government would declare Blacks to be: 1) a danger to the public safety and 2) an unreasonable burden on the White taxpayers, and then the government would act accordingly. It’s lucky for Blacks that America is no longer a sane country.
